My name is Patrina Smith, and I am a mental performance coach. My love for sports stems from childhood. I played volleyball, basketball, and track through high school. I was left with a medical injury and could not fulfill my dream of playing at the collegiate level. I know what it feels like to struggle with mental barriers and fight through my most challenging times at my weakest moments. During this time, I discovered the depth of my inner strength and resilience. In the moments of struggle and adversity, I had the opportunity to shine and truly demonstrate my unwavering determination. By facing my challenges head-on, confronting my fears, and refusing to give up, I emerged stronger, more resilient, and gained a new sense of empowerment. I have two daughters, Aniyah Smith and Akilah Smith, who played basketball and volleyball on athletic scholarships. The love and pride I feel for them are immeasurable and speak to the deep bond I share with them. Seeing my girls grow, learn, and thrive brings immense joy and fulfillment. My role in shaping their lives, nurturing their potential, and being there for them through every step of their journey is truly precious, and I cherish those moments. I graduated with my Master's degree in Sport Psychology. As a mental performance coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential by harnessing the power of their minds. With a passion for psychology, sports, and personal development, I work closely with clients to cultivate the mental skills needed to excel in their chosen field. I empower individuals to overcome obstacles, enhance their focus, build resilience, and achieve peak performance through customized sessions, goal setting, mindfulness practices, and performance analysis. My mission is to guide and support my clients' journey toward success, growth, and peak mental performance.
